Titanic Anniversary

Today, 15th April 2014 is the 102nd anniversary of the greatest maritime disaster ever seen. Not a soul would be unaware of this tragedy, and many take an active interest in what happened that night. I fell into the former category until recently when a family approached our QR Memories organisation, and asked us to provide a code for a grave in Southampton, remembering Henry Witt, a fireman on the fated ship. His body was never recovered, but now there is a way to remember him.
The family of Mr Witt have been amazing with the amount of information they have provided, and now, I feel a greater connection to the disaster, albeit, through a man I never knew, a stranger.
Please bear a thought for all those affected by the tragedy, not only 102 years ago, but now, as they remember relatives lost, and in some cases, never found.
