Frequently Asked Questions - Costs

We provide a counselling service because we care about helping people as their life continues without the person who has died. If you feel this service would be of help to you, please let us know at any time, no matter how recent or long ago you were bereaved. Our staff have been trained by Cruse, the national bereavement support charity, and are available to all of our clients free of charge.

We understand that sometimes funds are not available immediately after someone has died, such as when a person’s estate has to be administered through probate or authorisation is required for the release of funds from their accounts. With this in mind, we have flexible payment options to suit your individual circumstances. Whatever your financial requirements are, please let us know and we will accommodate your situation in any way that we can.

To us, bespoke means helping you to organise a funeral that meets with your unique requirements. Every service is priced according to the services being provided; we don’t have ‘package’ arrangements that charge for things you don’t want or need. You can be assured that however simple or complex your unique wishes are, we will discuss all costing with you before the funeral, providing you with a full, detailed estimate and making sure that everything is agreeable to you.
