Yes, you can contact us using any of these means. Please be aware that documentation required for the funeral must be completed by a next of kin or authorised executor and require signature; sufficient time must be allowed for the completion and return of these documents in accordance with the arranged date and time for the funeral. We will advise you accordingly if you are unable to meet with us face to face to organise the funeral.

Continuity of care is very important to us. With that in mind, the same member of our staff will be responsible for assisting you and your family, from your first contact to the funeral service and afterwards, however long you need us to help you in your bereavement.

Yes, we provide a 24 hour service, 365 days of the year. Please do contact us at any time.

It is essential that we make the funeral arrangements in a place where you are most comfortable doing so. If you would like to talk with us at our premises you are very welcome to do so, but if you would prefer us to visit you at home or another address, just let us know what feels right for you.
